Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping times can vary between 10-30 business days depending on your location. Customs processing times may cause additional delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are custom-made, so please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days within the U.S. and 10-30 business days for international orders. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the U.S. can take up to 7-12 business days.
Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, by using Print-on-Demand, we minimize waste, as products are only created when an order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction and its environmental impact.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information. If the package seems to be lost, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
What is Print-on-Demand, and how does it work?

Print-on-Demand means that each item is made to order just for you. Once you place an order, we create your product and ship it directly to you. This process ensures that every item is fresh, new, and made to your specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, and Electron.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, you can include a personalized gift message with your order. Simply add your message to the "Add a note" section at checkout, and we’ll include it with your package.
Can I return or exchange my item?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the production stage. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States. For orders under $35, standard shipping rates will apply, which are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed. Once an item is in production, we cannot alter it.

I use the Created by Zeijaan brand name on the shirts’ tags and the store name there as well. How do you come up with your designs?

I find inspiration in the everyday moments of life—whether it’s something funny I overheard, a conversation with a friend, or simply the way the world moves around me. Lately, I’ve been drawn to creating shirts that are funny, edgy, and sometimes push the boundaries. My designs aim to be thoughtful and meaningful, carrying a message that’s inspirational, daring, and often with a touch of humor. Each design is a reflection of the world as I see it, with a twist that makes it uniquely mine.
Who is behind Created by Zeijaan?

Created by Zeijaan is run by me, ZeiJaan. I’ve always been drawn to the world of creativity—whether it’s designing, drawing, or simply finding beauty in everyday moments. This passion for creating has been with me for as long as I can remember, and it’s what drives every piece I craft. Beyond art, I find joy in helping others, listening to their stories, and bringing a smile to their faces. For me, creating is not just about the product; it’s about the connection and the happiness it brings.
What do you love most about running this business?

I love the freedom and the creative process, but more than anything, I love the connection it creates. Knowing that something I’ve made can bring joy, provoke thought, or simply make someone laugh is incredibly fulfilling. What inspired you to start Created by Zeijaan?

Creating has always been a way for me to express myself and connect with others. I’ve always loved the freedom that comes with being able to turn ideas into something tangible and meaningful. Starting Created by Zeijaan was a natural extension of that love—a way to share my passion with the world and, hopefully, make someone’s day a little brighter.
